Hello, and thank you for your interest in the local real estate market.
Since, it seems likely that you may be in need of a Realtor, let me tell you a bit about myself. I am first and foremost a wife and mother (with two adorable children, who sometimes come to work with me). I graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1995 and have done a few different things since that time. In 2003 everything came together so that all the different work/life experiences lead me to real estate. Now, finally, I have found a job that I LOVE!! And I hope that it shows.
As a resident of Schuyler County I have found that my niche in the real estate market is in the Adair and Schuyler County area. I have also found that my special gift in the real estate world is working with buyers. I find the process of looking for that special property exhilarating and very worthwhile. I never tire of trying to find just the right thing to suit my client's needs. Now of course that doesn't mean that I discriminate against sellers, oh no, quite the contrary, I am also more than happy to work with those needing to sell a property.
