Thanks for visiting me on the Heritage House Realty Website.  Whether you’re looking to buy, sell, or rent a property, I would love the opportunity to help you. 

I first thought about becoming a realtor when my husband, Josh, was in the military and I oversaw the purchase and sale of both of our homes.   During these transactions I worked with some great agents, but I also worked with some not-so-good ones.  I learned firsthand how big of a difference it makes when you’re working with someone you can trust.  So, I decided to become a realtor to give the “great team” one more player.  As a full-time realtor, I give each buyer and seller 110% and take the time to make sure they understand each step of the process.  I can’t wait to do the same for you!   
Originally from MN, Josh and I moved to Kirksville with our 1 year old son, Jayden, so Josh could help manage his family’s farm just north of town.  While I was initially nervous about the move, I quickly fell in love with Kirksville and it’s strong sense of community. My family and I enjoy Truman State events, the Aquatic Center Pool, the NEMO fair (I’m a big country music fan), and taking our St. Bernard & Schnoodle for walks.  I also love playing cards, cooking spicy food, and watching HGTV.

I graduated from Winona State University (located in southern Minnesota) with bachelor degrees in Communication Studies: Business as well as Spanish.  During college I spent 10 months studying in Granada, Spain and completed two internships (one in destination marketing and the other in college admissions).  Shortly after getting married, Josh and I moved to Upstate NY where Josh was stationed at Ft. Drum.  For our four years in New York I worked in the Admissions Office of the State University of NY at Potsdam.  When we moved to MO, I took time off to stay home with Jayden before deciding to make a change and attend Real Estate School.  And the rest, as they say, is history.
