Rick has helped us acquire numerous investment properties over the years. We decided to move to Kirksville Missouri from Jefferson City Missouri in
early 2009.  We moved to Kirksville to be close to an ageing parent and
to find a better school system for our son, Jacob,  who is autistic.  One
of the measurements we use in choosing businesses and in meeting new
people is how they treat our son.  We patronize places that treat him
like a real person.  We met Rick Bachman at an open house and liked him
immediately, but he hadn't passed the 'Jacob' test.  So we made
arrangements to view some houses with Rick and brought Jacob along...the
rest is history!  Rick tirelessly traipsed through endless properties,
high fiving Jacob and answering every question, whether about video games
or homes.  After a year (or more) Rick found us the PERFECT home and the

Rick was a pleasure to deal with. We liked the fact that he was very down to earth, unlike some realtors. He didn't show up in a suit and tie trying to sell himself to us, but rather he came wearing a nice shirt and blue jeans and showed us the house and told us what he knew about it (positives and negatives). There was no reading between the lines with him. He had a very flexible schedule and made himself available when it worked best for us. If we couldn't meet in person, we could always reach him on his phone. He made the buying process simple for us. We didn't have to do a  lot of work. He always kept us up to date with every piece of information he had. He answered any questions we had to the best of his ability. He seemed to genuinely care about making sure we were completely satisfied with the entire buying process. Even a few months after closing when we had an issue (not with him), we called him just to get an opinion and he helped us out with that as well. I first met Rick on a quick trip from Louisiana to look at hunting properties.  Rick dropped everything to accommodate my short schedule even at the last minute.  He quickly assessed what I was looking for and literally in a matter of a few hours had several choice properties for me to view.  Upon visiting the properties Rick had all the information and documents I requested, as well as a bundle of addition information.  He was very accommodating and treated me like a longtime neighbor.  That was a refreshing experience for an out-of-stater.   During the negotiation phase Rick was awesome.  He kept in touch with me continuously and was very detailed in his updates.  The purchase of my new farm was a great experience, and Rick will definitely be my Go to Guy when I purchase more land.   Rick made this whole process feel like a hand shake deal between friends.  He was very gracious when meeting my wife and daughter during the closing.  This is why I highly recommend Rick for all mine & your future purchases.  Thanks Buddy.  See ya around the campfire.

I came from out of state looking for houses and Rick was phenomenal. He made himself available to my limited schedule and showed me numerous houses to learn exactly what features I needed.  He kept me appraised, by phone, and internet, of all available possibilities after that initial weekend.  When I returned to Kirksville to purchase a home, Rick had every detail of every home available to me so I could make a solid and speedy decision.  My friends, when learning of Rick's hard work, diligence, aptitude, and the fun we had together, were sorry they did not have "Ricks" in their states. 

Similar to my wonderful purchasing experiences, Rick sold both of my homes within weeks of listing them.  He was honest and analytical with the listing features and price, he made excellent recommendations in presenting my homes, and he marketed my homes with skill. Truly, Rick went above and beyond in every possible way. I am proud to call him my Realtor. I am happier yet, that we became friends from these wonderful experiences.

We have purchased two homes from Tise and sold one when we were transferred to Pennsylvania,  and her professionalism shown would lead us to buy a third if the need arises.
